Terms of cancellation:

In case of cancellation of a reservation, the following will be charged:

• Cancellation between up to two month before arrival: 25% of the total amount of the booking (equal to the amount of prepayment).
• Cancellation between 2 month and 2 weeks before arrival: 80% of the total amount of the booking.
• Cancellation between 2 weeks and the day of arrival: 90% of the total amount of the booking.
• Cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount of the booking.

Hotel St Roch advises the booker to take a travel and cancellation insurance to cover themselves for those costs in case the booked should be canceled unexpectedly. Travel and cancellation insurance can not be closed at Hotel St Roch, so you you will have to look for an insurance company.
